SharePoint Directory Start free trial

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms govern your use of SharePoint Directory, a SharePoint Kit product provided by Glow Cloud Solutions (a sole trader, Mark Berry) ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. Licence

Subject to a valid subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app within your own Microsoft 365 tenant, for your organisation's users, for the duration of your subscription. Licensing is per tenant with unlimited users.

2. Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge.
  • Billing and checkout are handled through the SharePoint Kit portal, with Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the app, and to use it in compliance with applicable law and your own Microsoft 365 agreements.

4. Your data

The app runs in your tenant and reads people and presence through Microsoft Graph as the signed-in user. Your tenant data stays in your tenant; we do not receive or store it. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for details.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the app working and compatible with supported versions of SharePoint Online and SPFx, and to provide email support. Because the app runs in your tenant, availability also depends on Microsoft 365 and your own configuration.

6. Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the licence if a subscription lapses or these terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the app and remove it from your tenant.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
